Meet Our Team

Hi!  I’m Teresita Somonte. It’s nice to meet you!  I’m a first-generation American living in South Florida, where I was born.  My parents originally came from Cuba and taught me the value of hard work, making people’s lives better, and always adding value.  These values led me to working in the title industry when I was nineteen years old.  I started as a receptionist, working with lawyers and title professionals throughout my career and grew to be an accomplished and professional closing coordinator.

 

As I grew through the ranks, I worked at a prestigious and recognized variety of organizations and finally was able to step into my own successful company.  The road wasn’t necessarily the easiest, however, my perseverance and blessings led me to this goal.  As a proud business woman, wife and mother, I can honestly say I wouldn’t be here without my family, and their support.  The best part?  Working as a business partner with one of my sons.  Our mutual love of the business, giving people value and our dedication make this company successful.  I suppose the foundation was solid and the values that have always been important to me were given to my children. Family is the most important thing to me in my life and this is felt in everything I do and how I interact with my clients.  I know how important each transaction is to them.  

 

It’s because of these values, my love for my family and the empathy I carry for others that overcame the initial fear of opening the doors of our agency.  We’re so glad we did!
